EVIDENCE UNIQUE TO TEACHER

DIRECTIONS FOR USE (since each submission will vary)

Creating a unique data source involves one addition step to the actual data gath-ering and documentation of multiple data sources. Using a unique source requires the teacher to make a case (to the review audiences) for the value and pertinence of the data source itself, as well as the merit and worth of the performance. Thus, the teacher should create a brief (one page) description of the need for the data source. He also should include one page making a case for the validity and reliability of the data gathering. Finally, credibility may call for a list of persons who can attest to the claims of need, accomplishment, validity, and reliability.
